Elizabeth de Herder, MBA,OTR/L, CHT is the author of this fantastic updated comprehensive manual with a total of 95 therapy treatment protocols, 23 of them new, for the most common surgical and non-surgical diagnoses of the upper extremity. This manual is written in a week-by-week format that is easy to use and based on the most current medical evidence. A new “Clinical Pearls” section was added to each protocol, providing clinical outcomes, trends, and/or information found in literature. Many of the diagnoses have more than one protocol to choose from to appeal to all.
