Mirella Deisher, OTD, MS, OTR/L, CHT Founder and faculty of the Virtual Hand to Shoulder Fellowship donated Trimester 1 of the program She would still like the winner to complete an application, as this supports mentorship needs during enrollment. This fellowship was created to educate clinicians trained at the generalist level as skilled specialists in upper limb and hand rehabilitation by providing a comprehensive, evidence-based didactic curriculum via a cost-effective, accessible, and innovative approach. Offered globally in synchronous and asynchronous cohorts. Delivered in the English language. AOTA approved provider. Objectives 1. Provide comprehensive, evidence-based, post-graduate level education in upper extremity and hand rehabilitation. 2. Provide mentorship & consultation on patient care, professional development, program development, clinical research and quality improvement, and administrative and management success. 3. Educate clinical teams wishing to broaden their referral base through demonstrated competencies in upper extremity and hand rehabilitation. 4. Provide education and consultation to agencies or organizations to support continuing education needs and the professional development of their clinical staff.
